First: press zero as soon as the greeting starts. Not after the menu finishes — during it. JetBlue’s IVR logs “0” as a bailout-to-agent request, and on most call paths it drops you straight into the reservations queue. If zero doesn’t work, say “agent” or “representative” in a clear voice, twice if needed.
Second: if you’re calling about an existing reservation, say your 6-letter booking code out loud at the opening prompt instead of waiting for the menu. The system sometimes recognizes it and pre-routes you to a reservations rep with your booking already pulled up. It doesn’t always work, but when it does it saves three minutes.

- Last name on the ticket, exactly as it appears
