About ToureTrip

ToureTrip is a practical guide to dealing with airlines — the reservation lines, the cancellation windows, the refund policies, the hold-time shortcuts. We cover what you actually need when a flight plan changes, not the glossy marketing side of travel.

Every guide is researched from each airline’s current published policy. Phone numbers, hours, and fee structures get checked before a post goes up. If a policy changes after publication — and they do change — the article gets updated. We’d rather have fewer posts that are right than a big library that’s half wrong.

Where we link to an airline’s own site or booking page, that’s because the airline is the authoritative source. Always confirm anything critical (refund eligibility, cancellation deadlines) directly with the carrier before you act on it.

How to use the site

Search for your airline in the menu. Each airline has a main reservations page with the numbers you need, and related guides covering cancellations, refunds, and getting through to an agent. You won’t find long-read travel essays here — these are reference pages you can pull up when something goes wrong with a booking.
